A message to our UK customers regarding COVID-19

As we face these challenging times together, we wanted to share some information with you on how we are approaching the developing situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

As you may know, our electric radiators are produced at our dedicated manufacturing facility in Madrid, Spain. Our factory remains open and production is continuing with limited staff and extra measures in place to protect their wellbeing. We have also taken steps to ensure we have ample stock here in the UK. We are communicating with our suppliers further up the supply chain to ensure we have timely information and can continue to service our wholesale partners to the best of our ability.

As ever, our top priority remains the health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners. We are monitoring the situation closely and adapting our service, accordingly, following the guidelines and recommendations set out by Public Health England, the wider UK Government and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

All of our office-based employees are currently working from home. We have also restricted any face- to-face meetings with our business partners to limit social contact as much as possible, following the current recommended guidelines. We are confident that any product and technical support will continue to be provided as quickly as possible.
