The Pure Air Box sucks in the air and passes it through an ultraviolet light filter that disinfects it, followed by a process that ionises the air, giving it a negative charge. When expelled, these ions attract positively charged particles such as pollen, dust, and mould, making them weigh down and fall to the ground.

It has a deactivatable O3 generator. In its normal operation the Pure Air Box does NOT emit ozone. You can activate it by pressing the away button that will start generating O3 for 2 hours.
