A message to our UK customers regarding COVID-19

As we continue to face uncertain times, we wanted to update you on our approach to the on-going situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

As you may know, our electric radiators are produced at our dedicated manufacturing facility in Madrid, Spain. Our factory is operating normally with extra measures in place to protect staff wellbeing.  We continue to have ample stock here in the UK, including our new Simply radiator and Hercules towel warmer and can fully service our wholesale partners.

As ever, our top priority remains the health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners. We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our service, accordingly, following the guidelines and recommendations set out by Public Health England, the wider UK government and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

All of our office-based employees, including our sales team, are working from home and we have restricted face-to-face meetings to limit social contact as much as possible. However, our sales team is available to meet in branch or on-site if required, following all social distancing guidelines of course.
